How do I place an order?

How do I order a sample?

  • Samples are available here. If you receive your sample and decide to order the full suite, the cost of the sample will be deducted from your final invoice.

Are your samples customizable?

  • The samples are used as a baseline to determine quality, and are not customizable.

How long will my order take?

  • Our turnaround time for flat pieces is around 10-15 business days from design proof through shipping. For letterpress and foil, our turnaround time is 15-20 business days. If you are planning on having us address your envelopes, please have your excel spreadsheet ready to go. We suggest collecting addresses from your guests as soon as possible, as sometimes this process can take longer than you'd expect! Rush shipping is also available at an additional cost.  For more information about design, production, and shipping, please see the place an order page.

Can I change the font, wording, or color scheme?

  • Yes! Please contact us for a font and color guide. Fonts, wording, and most colors will not incur an additional fee, but please keep in mind if you make these revisions, your order may require more than the 3 included proofs, and you may be charged additional design fees.

Do you offer digital PDF files that I can print myself?

  • I do not offer DIY printable invitations in my shop. I like to stand behind the quality of my product, and the only way I can do this is if i control the quality of the printing. I want to create top-notch invitations for you! And who wants to add the headache of DIY printing to the craziness of your event planning? Thanks for understanding!

Are envelopes included?

  • Yes! Matching envelopes are included. I also offer envelope printing (guest and return address printing) for an additional fee. The addresses will be in the same fonts as your invitation suite.

Do you offer rush services?

  • Rush shipping is available. Please let me know at checkout if you will need rush shipping.
